Pulled into this Kwik Kar in Frisco right at closing time needing to get my plates put on. Honestly, I figured they’d tell me to come back another day, but the guy there didn’t hesitate—he just jumped in and took care of it. Quick, no fuss, and he wouldn’t even take any money for it. That kind of courtesy and customer service is rare these days. the good gesture goes a long way with me. I’ll definitely be coming back here for service. Appreciate the help!
Very rude and unprofessional what looks to be supervisor or manager yelled at me. I am just trying to drop something off. I wouldn’t use this place or come here. They have very poor customer service very rude if that is how supervisor acts I wouldn’t want to spend a dime here.

Worst customer service award goes to …. Panther Creek Kwick Kar!!!! Said they would work on car if we arrived at 3:50, when we arrived they came to the car saying we “broke a rule pulling in and because of that they wont be doing service”. Even though every appointment made, we are instructed to pull in. I have proof of this as well if needed :) We apologized and asked what we needed to do, since we pulled in 5 seconds ago.
