I took my car (2001 Volvo S60) for an oil change on Ohio drive, Plano, TX on March 29,2018. I left my car at home while I went out of town for Easter. When I returned and was getting ready to go to work, the tail pipe was smoking (white smoke) I was afraid to drive back to Ohio with that much smoke so I went to a near by shop and asked them if they could figure out what was wrong. This was the best oil change experience I’ve ever had and I’ve been in quite a few cities. It was quick, easy, and they didn’t hound me about air filters or anything like that. The staff was friendly and I appreciate the efficiency and great customer service. Definitely will be back.
Customer oriented staff. We haven't been disappointed yet. The fellas are cheerful, and professional.
With so many locations to choose from - when I'm on this side of town I like stopping in here and getting what I need done, not what I get talked into needing done.
Horrible place to take your car for any service. It was our regular place for car repair until early spring of 2013. Since then the management/staff have changed and we have had poor service each time we have tried to bring our cars in for oil change, front end alignment, inspections. The last straw was trying to have the front end aligned. We were told to have our car back at a certain time.
