I usually got to Kwik for my inspections but this time I had a tire need! After the dealership made me wait 2 hours before even confirming whether my warranty covered the issue with my tire (it did not), I called Kwik. They got me in the next day and stated up front the entire cost. My rep, Andrew, was honest and very communicative! As a woman, I left the dealership feeling taken advantage of but left Andrew feeling like any other customer! I’ll be back.
Quick service. Nice experience.
As always, they take care of you there, their customer service is outstanding. No hard sells. They won’t try to nickel and dime you. They will tell you what they have found. Give you an idea of the cost and time it will take to repair. Honesty and amazing customer service. Don’t know about the rest of the chain as me and my family only go to this particular location.
