I went to get an oil change and a tire rotation. After an hour, a tech asks me to go into the garage. He proceeds to show me the cabin filter from my car and asks if I want it replaced which I declined. A few more minutes later he says my car is ready. I asked him if the tires were rotated and he says "No, there are no lifts available" and I will have to come back another day. Don’t bring your vehicle here. Didn’t properly align my tires now I’m having to pay for another alignment elsewhere. After speaking with them over the phone and being told to bring my car back in, they were trying to sell me other services and refused to look at my vehicle.
Beware of this place. My wife brought her 2023 car in this melissa location just to try them out on the 16th of this month. We normally always go the one in Anna( which never have problems), anyhow she wanted an oil change and air filter change which they say they did. We'll after a 102.00 she comes home and her oil light is on in which it wasn't before hand. Come to find out, not only did they leave it a quarter low, they left her brake fluid cap off which could have caused serious issues. I added more oil and got the cap b... read more
No upsell, just serviced my non-cooling A/C and got it cooling again within a couple of hours of arrival. Coupon flyer I had made the service about 1/2 price, which made it a reasonable deal. Not sure why I got the flyer for Melissa when I live down in McKinney, but it was worth the drive!
