I have been using Kwik Kar of Colleyville since 1996 and have never been disappointed with any of the services that they have performed on our vehicles. My wife and I have always been treated with dignity and respect and further they are extremely personable and make every effort to provide expedient service. The assistant manager David and employee Mark are very professional, knowledgeable, curtious and extremely personable, and go above and beyond to provide a level of service that is exemplary.

If I could give this a hole a negative rating I would. I went in to have the plugs changed. Asked if he (the manager) could sleeve a cracked vacuum line (Which controls my a.c. blend door) that was working, it was just taped up, to wit he did. But he also pulled the vac line from inside the dash behind the firewall then denied he did it. The manager who claimed to be a mechanic all of a sudden can't do that kind of repair work. So I just took it to a real mechanic who says it's gonna cost $1200 to fix bc they have to pull my... read more
