The staff was nice, but seems like I had a new or inexperienced member who misquoted my discounts. Talked me into an air and cabin filter based on the the price he quoted me. I even questioned the discount because he quoted it as $15 off of each filter. I asked if he wasn’t sure it was 15% (military discount) - he assured me it was $15. When the work was done and it was time to pay, it was an additional $60 from what I was quoted for an oil change and 2 filters.
