RecommendedFirst time customer and all about good customer service. The employees here act like they genuinely care and are as nice as can be. I pulled up a few minutes before they were open and still got greeted immediately and helped. I am overall so pleased with the customer service and will come back for all of my oil changes and inspections here from now on.
Great staff!! This particular establishment is the best Kwik Kar location, hands down. Before visiting this location, I was quoted an outrageous estimate with several unnecessary repairs listed. This staff is very honest & didn't try to swindle me. Highly recommended!!
I pulled in this morning, and rolled out in 10 minutes!! Done! The people there are honest and good hearted people. I will be back!
I went to Kwik Kar & Lube this morning to have my vehicle inspected. Their hours are 8-5 and I waited outside until 8:10 for someone to open and they never did. I called the location and nobody answered. I guess they just open when their employees feel like coming to work!
They always help me with my Dart. I️ had a blow out on my vehicle and turn around time was fast. They’re the only shop I️ trust with my car, and I️ will never go anywhere else! Highly recommend to anyone! I️ drive from Needville just to see them!!
I've been taking all of my modern and classic cars to Terry Smith for the past 7 years. I wouldn't trust anyone else to work on them besides him Highly recommended.
These guys are always willing to help out people from the community. They are honest, will go out of their way to help you, and do great work. Ted is the only mechanic I will let work on my car.
These guys rock. They really stand behind their work. Have used them for years and will keep coming back!
