My daughter, who is a teenager, took her F150 in to get the oil changed only. An employee came into the waiting area where she was sitting telling her that the rear differential had no fluid in it and there was metal shavings in it and if she didn't get it fixed that it could cause her truck lots of problems. The employee said he could flush out the metal shavings and put fluid back in it for $69.99. They were to change the oil only. Not poke around.
