I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and lack of accountability I experienced at Kwik Kar Lube & Auto of Royse City. I brought my 2025 GMC Yukon AT4 in yesterday to have the fuel filter changed. They were pretty busy when I arrived, so I completely understood having to wait a little while. My issue started after the service was completed and I had already paid. When I walked out to my Yukon, I immediately noticed grease and oily handprints all over the driver-side door and door handle. Great service. Quick and easy
Very fast and convenient. Several shops and food options if you want to partake of them while you wait. I have been here twice now, first included a state inspection. I have no idea how they compare to others around town.
