Jalen helped me diagnose the error code reading on my car so quickly and eagerly, I had my puppy in the car so I said i’d need to come back, but he quickly told me not to worry that he’d take care of me while I was still in the line! He was very kind and helpful to me, and helped me diagnose what was wrong and even offered to put a new gas cap onto my car for me if I went and purchased one. I could tell he was working really hard, so he deserves a good review for his kindness today!!
The staff is great but this place is crazy overpriced. An oil change with full synthetic for my suv is $60 at Valvoline in Rockwall. It was $150 at this place. Also, this place doesn’t take coupons or give military discount.
J.R was awesome! He was so polite, I left my car running not thinking now a days you can leave your car running with your keys in the car which mine were in my purse so my car locked up on him. Even in the pouring down rain he chased me down in the lobby to grab the keys from me.. he was so nice about it and joked with me. I brought my book with full intention of being there for a while but within 10 minutes I was out the door 10/10!!
