Expensive oil change, even with coupon. They left the dipstick loose in engine bay which I discovered after I got home. They knocked off an interior piece of trim while vacuuming for the car wash.
I’ve been coming to this location for years, even when I lived 20 minutes away. I still came because service and the complimentary wash. I fully understand I showed up a 1/4 to 5pm and they close at 6pm but I came to do my inspection, oil change and rotate the tires. The person that I assumed does inspections told the nice guy that greeted me that he was leaving and just didn’t give me an option, I didn’t get my inspection done.
