I went there today for an oil change. I figured with the new management, things would be different as I’ve been going to them over 20 years. Again with the calls trying to upsell. And when I go to pick up my car, I was third in line, while the cashier is chitchatting stories of his brother, blah blah to the customer dropping off his car.
