Best place in town for car repairs and services
Great customer service! I really like the people there. The ONLY issue I have is the hours of operation. They close at 4pm and most of base is still at work until 4:45pm - 5:00pm, plus they are not open on weekends. My suggestion would be to extend hours of operation to 5:00pm and look at the possibility of opening for a half day on Saturdays (9:00am - 1:00pm for example). Overall great service!
They were fast, professional, and very polite. Got my issue resolved quickly
DO NOT COME HERE FOR AN OIL CHANGE. The guy at the front desk is extremely rude and condescending. The technician overfilled my oil by over .6 quarts and it started smoking when I was driving. I asked them to fix it and they said it was fine, but I did not agree. I told them that the owners manual specified 4.4 qts but still they refused to do anything about it. This place overcharges for cheap low-quality oil and they don’t even check to see if they are putting in the right amount. Go somewhere else.
