DO NOT COME HERE FOR AN OIL CHANGE. The guy at the front desk is extremely rude and condescending. The technician overfilled my oil by over .6 quarts and it started smoking when I was driving. I asked them to fix it and they said it was fine, but I did not agree. I told them that the owners manual specified 4.4 qts but still they refused to do anything about it. This place overcharges for cheap low-quality oil and they don’t even check to see if they are putting in the right amount. Go somewhere else.
Would be little you instead of trying to help you.
This was just OUTSTANDING SERVICE. Mr. Sorrells, familiarized with my current situation, assessed, and his TEAM got it done sooner then I had expected. Looking forward to another experience and future dealings at this location.
