The manager claims she authorized rotors and that the price was discussed before authorization. Went into this shop at 8 months pregnant to get a state inspection to be informed by the staff that the break pads on the car I brought in were at 10% in the back and 20% in front and he recommended I change them before they affected the rotors and became metal on metal. I agreed to go ahead and have the break pads changed after discussing it with my spouse and being told the cost would 133.33 for the service. Above and Beyond Service! After a botched oil change elsewhere this morning, my skid plate began dragging on the pavement. I limped into Kwik Kar, and before I even turned off the engine, a technician was already walking out to meet me—he’d heard the scraping and knew exactly what had happened.
