I returned for a follow-up visit, and the communication and overall customer experience were significantly better this time around. I really wanted to support a local shop, and the repair pricing itself was fair, but unfortunately I’ve had multiple customer service and quality-control frustrations over my last few visits. Dave and his crew are one of the few honest and reliable shops around! I've been bringing my Suburban in for the past few years since my uncle's shop closed. They've done a lot of work on the truck and I know I can trust them. If I have a issue or need something checked Alyssa is always great about getting me in quickly.
