Hi, this morning I tried to call asking for information regarding one of our machines and the guy he laughs saying me that is Sunday , so I cannot ask for information because it’s Sunday? In the page says that I can call, so what’s the point after that he send a message to my personal phone number, this is the worse case scenario for any company
