He came out, assessed the problem immediately and did the work. Thing is, the dryer vent was completely DISCONNECTED and I had no idea. After using the suction equipment and seeing there was no airflow, he found a disconnection in the dryer duct between the floors! He worked consistently for a while on this until it was connected properly and securely. I was unknowingly living with dust/humidity from the dryer for a while. This man is a total scammer. He filed a dispute with CashApp claiming I stole his money after he “accidentally” sent me cash. Despite the fact I returned the cash, he filed a dispute which paid him twice. NEVER USE THIS PERSON FOR ANYTHING.
