Team member showed up on time, explained what was going to be accomplished, and proceeded to do the job. I had questions during the job, he answered them without missing a beat. Finished the job, cleaned up and departed. Very efficient, very thorough.
Levi did a great job with cleaning my carpets and furniture. The carpet is old yet, looked new after cleaning. It had been professionally cleaned in the past but, never looked this good! Levi was very professional, on time , explained everything so, no surprises! Will have them do the air duct cleaning next. Highly recommend!
Good people but bad service. Missed or skipped vents Used no solution Left trash I'll stick to Sanair duct cleaning Updated response I personally sent this company tens of thousands of dollars worth of work and for them To say I owe them is laughable. Very professional and detailed execution of cleaning! Answered all and any questions thoroughly,was agreeable to any requests I had! Very happy with his willingness to work with my request!!
The air duct part was okay, the areas of the vents into the house were cleaned, nothing with the actual duct work. The dryer vent part was different than I expected and I'm ultimately disappointed. When I'd gotten it done before with a different company, they brought a ladder to access where it vents out of the house. For this company, they didn't have a ladder to reach, and wouldn't use mine that reaches, and wouldn't just come out another day with proper equipment.
