I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this company. They came out to look at my boiler at the beginning of the month but were here for barely 10 minutes and I have paid 68.60£. I specifically asked them to check if there were any issues with the boiler or radiators, and they assured me that everything was fine. Clearly, it isn’t — I now have brown water coming from the boiler, and I’ve been left with no hot water or heating. Came out this afternoon and sorted out the boiler pressure and small leak in one of the radiators. I now have heating again! Really friendly and considerate, would highly recommend!
