Called several times no return call. Very disappointing.
Dropped wheels off on March 9, John said two weeks turnaround. That was the last time I saw my property and he hasn't responded to texts or voicemail. Drove in person to the shop and it's boarded up. Stafford Sherriff said they have 6 formal complaints filed by people looking for John. Neighbors in the industrial park say he hasn't shown up in 4 weeks. He is MIA and withholding property.
After scheduling a time to drop off a damaged rim for repair, the owner met me at the shop and took the rim from my truck and into his store. He stated the work would take 24 hours and I could pick it up the next day. We exchanged several text messages up to this point. After 3 days had gone by and I heard nothing back, I began texting and leaving voicemails to find out the status of the repair, how much it would cost, and when I could pick it up. I’ve had John repair pothole-damaged wheels twice. Each time he did an outstanding job. He went above and beyond to help me get on the road. Do note that he’s a small shop without someone to answer the phone so communication can be sporadic but he always comes through. Would recommend!
