We recently utilised the services of KWI for a private event at our home where we required transport between carparking and the house. Donna was a breeze to communicate with in the lead up to the event. Reg was punctual, organised and reliable - everyone at our party was very impressed at the professionalism shown. Highly recommend this awesome company and would definitely use them again in future.

We used KWI Personal Driver for a ride from our home to the airport twice this month, we were really impressed! Reg, the driver arrived on time, and the car was clean and comfortable. Mints and water on offer was great too! The ride was smooth, allowing us to get to the airport with plenty of time to spare. communication with Donna was seamless, pricing was fair, and the service was hassle-free. We will definitely use them again for future trips!

Reg at KWI took us from Mermaid Beach on the Gold Coast to Sirromet Winery to see Take That while we are on holiday from the UK. He was really friendly and professional and did not mind us having to rearrange times. We had to leave the concert earlier than planned due to a storm and Reg came quickly waiting for us with towels and blankets to warm us up after being soaked. He also very kindly brought us back a bag we left in his car when he was back in the area. Thank you Reg for helping to make our trip special.

Used this service a couple of weeks ago and cannot compliment and praise Donna enough. I beeded to get my dtep dad to the airport very early morning and I liaised with Donna while I was intersrate. Her attention and friendly professional nature was explemplory. Donna kept me informed every step of the way as we had to organise the pick up at a different place etc. From the get-go through to drop off, her service was amazing. Well done Donna. You are a Star. We definitely will not hesitate Book you again.
