Staff is very rude no customer service skills they close the gate before closing time whatever you do do not rent the Vermeer Stump Grind are I own two personally and rented one and this is just a trap. Was 4 mins late on return and wouldn’t open the gate and my trailer is on there lot. I live over 2 hrs away and called 20min before closing to tell them I was late because there machine couldn’t load it self on the trailer they made me rent.
