Instructors gave good guidance and encouragement, very welcoming environment!
As a shorter individual, coming here i was nervous and worried that i'd stand out or be judged, but once i started i immediately recognized that everyone is simply focused on themselves and no one is really judging you, this place is truly judgment free. Everyone is giving each other tips and helping each other out, several times during training my partner made sure to stop and correct me, just giving helpful tips and encouraging me in any way she could.
