Our ten year old LOVED his first class. It was very fun and he got to learn some techniques on the spot. The instructors were professional, friendly and helpful. We will be signing up for the monthly membership.
Intense but sooo fun! They make it super easy to follow, from stances to punches, kicks, and blocking. And, keeping up with all the combos was tricky at first, but step by step, I’m getting the hang of it. Excited to keep learning, leveling up my skills, and seeing how far I can go!
Really nice environment to learn kickboxing
