Their service tech Dominic came to diagnose the issue with my water softener. He diagnosed it almost immediately, and then spent the next 20 minutes explaining everything involved in a clear and professional way, while making sure the water softener was configured properly, and checked to confirm the water softness was correct before leaving. A+. Give him a raise.
