Very disappointing experience. I called multiple times on two different days to place an order around 40–45 minutes before closing time, and nobody answered the phone either time. If you’re no longer accepting orders for the day, at least have the courtesy to answer the call and let customers know instead of making them repeatedly call and waste their time. I placed an order for pickup, and when I arrived, I noticed a promotion stating that if you sign up, you would receive “Your Bites.” After successfully completing the subscription, I showed the confirmation to the server, but she refused to provide the item. She also behaved as though she was unaware of the promotion, even though it was clearly displayed at the counter. This was quite disappointing. Please either remove this promotion or ensure your staff are properly informed about it. Thank You

Great pizza place. Me and my son had mini date lunch here and glad they have few board games to play while we wait for food. Just wish they have sauces like hot sauce available to use.
