I waited waited 11 months to see Dr Kwan well worth the wait. He took my history asked lots of ?s Did almost a complete physical on me.Discussed blood work n CT and reason they were necessary No rush at all. Receptionist was awesome n very welcoming. Whole visit made me feel comfortable that I will find answers to a 3 year old undiagnosed medical condition.

Terry is a brilliant doctor, very thorough, and I cannot recommend him enough for all your needs related to liver and his other specialties. However, as others have mentioned in the comments, the secretary for Dr. Terry is absolutely a rude and condescending person who lacks any accountability and is truly a symbol of what's wrong with Canadian medicine. Dr. Kwan is great and very thorough…BUT I will not be returning back to this office unless the secretary learns proper manners or leaves. She is always very rude, hangs up the phone on you while you’re asking questions, and always has an extremely disrespectful attitude and makes you feel like you’re inconveniencing her. I tried to call the office to book an appointment. The secretary is not polite, hung up the phone without saying if they have my requisition or no. She is not polite, hung up the phone.
