By far the worst doctor I have ever encountered. He doesn’t examine his patients. His office personnel take patients vitals and he may see the patient in his office and not an examination room!! There is no follow, no accountability, no attention to detail or the patient for that matter. He is just churning patients and making money!
Called the office this morning in regards to my late father's medical invoice. This is the first time we have seen this bill. Services were done in March 2022, and we received a bill from the office in October 2022. My father passed away within two weeks of the services done by the office. I spoke with Lin Lin from the billing department. Lin Lin was impolite, atrociously rude and unprofessional. What a terrible experience!
