We had forms ready to submit to get coverage for her Hep C treatment but he wouldn't take his time to sign it. My spouse had to make a big scene for him to finally sign the forms, but it was too late.
Dr. Kwan is a very caring doctor with great compassion for his patients. We are extremely satisfied with his care of our father.
