My mom has been a patient of Dr Kwan's for years. Very happy with her.
I had a HORRIBLE experience with this Dr!!! I had a telehealth virtual phone consultation appt with her. WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD WITH A DR She's rude, condescending, & didn't help me at all!!! I have Asperger's autism plus anxiety, bipolar mania, bipolar depression, PTSD,& paranoia & I told her this & she still treated me disrespectfullyRight off the bat, she asked why did I wait so long to get help.
