Worst food. Neither quality nor quantity is good. Dosa is thick. Sambar and even spicy chutney is too sweet like mixed with sugar. Peanut Chutney is horrible. With this type of food, Cost too is high compared to other restaurants. NEVER TRY FOOD FROM Kwality.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Kwality Ice Cream in O’Fallon, MO. I ordered three faloodas and waited nearly 30 minutes, even though there was no line when we arrived. What made it even more frustrating was seeing other customers who came in after us get served before us. We specifically told the employee that we were running late, but there was no sense of urgency or consideration.
