James and his crew's work will definitely need a touch up after he's "done". He makes inaccurate statements and will give you an unrealistic budget. Expect to spend a lot more than he tells you. He showed up unprepared - without garbage bags or cleaning cloths, he ended up asking me for my own supplies to do his job. I could do a better caulking job than him. I wouldn't go with Kwaja even if I wanted to support my own people.
