Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced with any repair shop I have ever dealt with. Multiple calls never once retuned as they promised. Took 3 weeks to get 2 tires and rims put on. Had to bug them daily for updates. Never answer their phones after 3:00 pm. Take your business any place else.
They set an apt up to do a front end alignment after explaining that have a lift on your vehicle and everything has been replaced in steering and when you get there the tech made all kind of excuses up about the vehicle why they cannot do it. They blame it on the same tires they sell. The office personal were to worried about playing with Thier phone instead of looking up tire prices. Tire prices are higher than anybody. They don't make standard size tires but I just got tires in standard a week before in Thier brand. Very u... read more
