Woke up this morning noticed a flat tire. Turns out had a nail. Took my car here and they took me right in and replaced my tire. In and out in less then an hour. Will return. Made an appointment for inspection at the same time. Thank you guys!
I’ve been bringing my cars here for nearly a decade. Tim and the LanCo team have always been transparent and trustworthy. During my most recent visit, I came in for new brakes and possibly rotors. After diagnosing the issue, Tim reached out to let me know that all the work I requested wasn’t necessary. Instead, he recommended just replacing the front brakes and doing an oil change. I had a few minor repairs done at a fantastic price. They were unable to diagnose a substantial clunk that plagues this vehicle. I was told "it's probably a mount" and "drive it". It has a part progressively failing obviously. I don't think they reproduced it. It's going to another shop.
