My wife's elderly parents were in need of some serious repairs to their tiled roof and they needed our help to get the work done. One small problem, they live in Maricopa, AZ and we live in Missouri. We were looking for someone to replace our roof tiles that cracked and found Kenny on Nextdoor. He was able to come the next day to do the inspection. He was punctual, very polite, nice guy. He took pictures of tiles that were cracked and chipped, and took more pics for part that needed to be fix as well. He came back on the day that we agreed on to replace the roof tiles and fixed all the issues, and once again took pics of the things that he fixed and showed it to me. I highly recommend K&W roofing!!! I found them through a mom’s website that I am a part of. We had a leak in our roof that had water coming through our garage. I called and they were out the very next day and repaired it. So professional and did NOT gauge us with the price. They were actually beyond reasonable!!!!! A year later and we had a pipe on the side of our house come off during a storm and fall onto our neighbors roof . They came out and repaired it asap. Kenny is a highly responsive and professional roofer who goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done correctly and to industry specifications. We needed repairs in response to a home inspection and Kenny made sure to address all of the outstanding concerns, communicating clearly throughout the process and providing documentation and photos in support of the repairs. He’s super nice, too!
