Called KW on Tues Jan 14th around 8am asking for drain service. Ken sr. arrived around 10am and looked at job. He said should be able to do Friday and that he would communicate to his son to send me a quote and get scheduled. Wednesday there was no contact, so I left a message late in the day asking for an update. Thursday morning, I called and got Ken jr. I asked for an update. He said what is this about? I had no hot water. I called Ken Wood Plumbing at 8am ( cold day) He arrived 1/2 hour later. He replaced a valve , assessed my furnace (40 y/0 ) recommended a new one . He was prompt courteous knowledgeable. Thank You Elizabeth O’Malley
