Called K.W. today, I spoke with Nancy and she gave exceptional customer service. We are usually on top of our oil level, and with some personal life issues occurring, it had gotten away from us. Our tank is very low, and we were very nervous. Other companies local offered no help at all. Nancy, was phenomenal, and we are getting our oil delivered tomorrow.
