Very helpful
Very poor quanlity service. when installed roof tiles, 1. Valley clips were not installed on the valley tiles; 2. Residue from the mortar was not cleaned off. 3. bad quanlity roof products. As a result, many concrete roof tiles have broekn and rain water dropped into house inside. 4. refuse provide warrenry service when discussed with manager Aaron A formal complaint case is going to lodge to fair trading office and NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal agaist poor service of K W Jacobs
Had some hail damage to the roof and needed some replacement tiles urgently before multiple days of forecasted rain. Adrian and the team responded to my email really quickly, identified the tiles needed and even loaded my car. Tiles are on now and you can't even pick which ones have been replaced. Cheap, fast and friendly. Highly recommended!
