I don't normally write bad reviews as I get it I'm in customer service but this was nonsense. Do not use if you want it to be delivered at the time you are available or want professional service, we had a large $8000 product delivered and dropped off with this company today and it has been a terrible experience. The company called yesterday to verify hours for the delivery, this was a pallet delivery and 345lbs so we had to arrange for people to help bring it inside of our business. I called the company and reported an incident with a driver in Texas after getting off the phone with 911. The dispatcher stated they would call me back but never did. I also emailed the owner, Justin Sung, per DOT reports, and have heard nothing. Their drivers, at least one driver, proves to be extremely reckless and have no problem doing hit and runs. Be cautious around these folks!
