We had a pool installed by KW Pools this summer (2025). Darryl did everything he promised and his team worked hard to get it functional in two weeks so we could start using it. We made a few changes in the process and he handled them in stride. His only concern was our satisfaction. I would recommend him to anyone.
This is our third summer having a pool. I had never maintained a pool before, but Darryl made sure that I was well informed on how to run and maintain, and keep it clean. He is always quick to text back if I have any questions about how the pool was running - even three years into owning the pool and will still check in to make sure things are running well. From the initial consultation to the final touches, the entire team were professional, knowledgeable and made our vision come to life.
