We had a great experience with Darryl and his crew. We had our pool put in during Covid time, and they were great. It was quite the experience watching the pool come over the house. He and his crew work so hard. The amazing thing Darryl works right along side with his crew. Great service. Darryl has become a member of our family.
When it comes down to it, Darryl’s middle name is accountability. He follows through and does what he says he’s going to do. He is honest and you can trust what he and his team are going to deliver. The attention to detail they took with the small things was so impressive and I felt totally taken care of. We had a pool installed by KW Pools this summer (2025). Darryl did everything he promised and his team worked hard to get it functional in two weeks so we could start using it. We made a few changes in the process and he handled them in stride. His only concern was our satisfaction. I would recommend him to anyone.
This is our third summer having a pool. I had never maintained a pool before, but Darryl made sure that I was well informed on how to run and maintain, and keep it clean. He is always quick to text back if I have any questions about how the pool was running - even three years into owning the pool and will still check in to make sure things are running well. We used to have a backyard full of weeds and broken dreams, we are thrilled with the full backyard transformation by KW Fibreglass Pools. They turned our sad yard into a sparkling oasis. From the initial consultation to the final touches, the entire team were professional, knowledgeable and made our vision come to life. Now we feel like we’re on vacation without leaving our house. 10/10 would recommend Darryl and his crew!
