WARNING!!! Do not get any equipment from this company. They do not know what they are doing. They installed a tankless water heater in my home- incorrectly. They sent one tech out 2 days later, who said it was just air in the tank after it started dripping. The same night- it was pouring out from 2 pipes on each end, every 20 minutes. Flooding my washroom. I stayed up to empty buckets of water- this went on for 6 days!!! They were very careless in rectifying the issue ASAP. Be aware of this company that pray on seniors and ripping off people . when I realized and decided to leave they didn't pay my money and refused all my calls and answer, taking them to court  awful awful company that prays on people

My mom had this system installed a few months ago. Once the hot weather started and it was switched to the AC . It never worked. I called the 1 800 858-9715 number spoke to two different people. I have not heard back. I sent a email. Still no response. My mom is over 80 years old and because of this heat wave she is suffering. We had to go and buy a portable AC unit. There service is the worse I have ever experienced. I would not recommend them to anyone. Two days later still no response.
