Sorin arrived right on schedule and was extremely respectful of my home, even wearing protective booties to keep my other floors clean. Sorin accommodated our carpet cleaning request while he already had a full day booked. He came at 5:00 when he said he would and cleaned the carpets for 3 hours! The carpets look amazing and he was able to get all stains out. We highly recommend KW Cleaning, we would hire him again! Thanks Sorin 😊
Just got our couch, love seat and two bedrooms cleaned by this company, they all look fantastic, Sorin was very professional and friendly, he showed up on time didnt make a mess, and knew what he was doing, and also didn't leave the carpets nor the the couch and love seat soaking wet like I have seen with other companies do. then the next day he contacted us to make sure everything was to our liking and to know if we were happy with the job he did ( which we are) I recommend this company 100%
I want to thank Sorin for his true professionalism. He came and gave me an estimate and advice. He was highly recommended by my painter who’d seen Sorin’s amazing results with tough stains. Sorin continued to follow my house renovations project with great patience and faithful regularity which I appreciated during a stressful time. Even though I ended up replacing all my carpets, Sorin remained gracious. I would call him again in an instant! Thank you Sorin!
I highly recommend KW Cleaning! Sorin is such a nice guy and very accommodating. I needed a quick cleaning, due to the nature of the mess it was very smelly, and he pulled through! He did an amazing job on my white carpet! He’s very knowledgeable and gave me some tips on how to keep my carpet in the best condition. The cleaners he uses is also a nice fresh scent and not overpowering. I’m sensitive to scents and it didn’t bother me. I’m so grateful I contacted KW Cleaning 🙏
