Sorin accommodated our carpet cleaning request while he already had a full day booked. He came at 5:00 when he said he would and cleaned the carpets for 3 hours! The carpets look amazing and he was able to get all stains out. We highly recommend KW Cleaning, we would hire him again! Thanks Sorin 😊
Great work! Fast, flexible and very knowledgeable. Sorin was able to remove carpet stains left by my senior cat, and I’m very happy with how it turned out. Communication was quick, he came by to look at the carpet and provided me a quote on the spot. The cleaning was booked later in the week - even offering an evening appointment. Wow! I had been using a budget carpet cleaner for the last few years and never been happy with the service. This year I decided to look elsewhere, and even though Sorin's prices were quite a bit higher than what I was used to, it seriously shows in the quality of work and work ethic. He spent 2 hours on our two couches alone. This was awesome because I have a toddler who likes to get his toddler grime all over everything and I knew the couches needed a really deep clean. I want to thank Sorin for his true professionalism. He came and gave me an estimate and advice. He was highly recommended by my painter who’d seen Sorin’s amazing results with tough stains. Sorin continued to follow my house renovations project with great patience and faithful regularity which I appreciated during a stressful time. We recently had Sorin from KW Cleaning clean our carpets. Best ever. Could not be happier. From the booking to the cleaning Sorin took the time to explain the process and the products used. Carpets were soiled from a new pup to the point of possibly having to replace them. They look new again. Sorin did an amazing job at a very reasonable price.
