Great work! Fast, flexible and very knowledgeable. Sorin was able to remove carpet stains left by my senior cat, and I’m very happy with how it turned out. Communication was quick, he came by to look at the carpet and provided me a quote on the spot. The cleaning was booked later in the week - even offering an evening appointment. Wow! I had been using a budget carpet cleaner for the last few years and never been happy with the service. This year I decided to look elsewhere, and even though Sorin's prices were quite a bit higher than what I was used to, it seriously shows in the quality of work and work ethic. He spent 2 hours on our two couches alone. This was awesome because I have a toddler who likes to get his toddler grime all over everything and I knew the couches needed a really deep clean. I highly recommend KW Cleaning! Sorin is such a nice guy and very accommodating. I needed a quick cleaning, due to the nature of the mess it was very smelly, and he pulled through! He did an amazing job on my white carpet! He’s very knowledgeable and gave me some tips on how to keep my carpet in the best condition. The cleaners he uses is also a nice fresh scent and not overpowering. I’m sensitive to scents and it didn’t bother me. I’m so grateful I contacted KW Cleaning 🙏
I want to thank Sorin for his true professionalism. He came and gave me an estimate and advice. He was highly recommended by my painter who’d seen Sorin’s amazing results with tough stains. Sorin continued to follow my house renovations project with great patience and faithful regularity which I appreciated during a stressful time. Even though I ended up replacing all my carpets, Sorin remained gracious. I would call him again in an instant! Thank you Sorin!
We recently had Sorin from KW Cleaning clean our carpets. Best ever. Could not be happier. From the booking to the cleaning Sorin took the time to explain the process and the products used. Carpets were soiled from a new pup to the point of possibly having to replace them. They look new again. Sorin did an amazing job at a very reasonable price.
