Great work! Fast, flexible and very knowledgeable. Sorin was able to remove carpet stains left by my senior cat, and I’m very happy with how it turned out. Communication was quick, he came by to look at the carpet and provided me a quote on the spot. The cleaning was booked later in the week - even offering an evening appointment. We recently had Sorin from KW Cleaning clean our carpets. Best ever. Could not be happier. From the booking to the cleaning Sorin took the time to explain the process and the products used. Had the pleasure to work with Sorin to have carpets cleaned at my mother’s home . These carpets are quite old with noticeable track marks . I truly thought they would need to be replaced . Sorin came in and cleaned all the carpet upstairs and downstairs. To my surprise they came out looking great ! Sorin communicated as to timelines and cost in a very professional way .
