Very cool stereo shop with impressive inventory and listening rooms. Staff were very polite and approachable, encouraging my son and I to experience all of the listening rooms without any type of pressure. I didn't feel at all like I wasn't taken seriously as a customer (not even a slight hint of audiophile snobbery, which was fantastic!) Will definitely head there for any future hi-end equipment purchases.
Don't shop here unless you are a Multimillionaire with money or platinum credit card in hand went in there once. Very rude disrespectful stuck up snobby sales staff.
After about 10 years, I wanted to do another upgrade to my home theatre system. Replaced my old speakers with a new set from PSB and introduced an Anthem amp. I had previously dealt with K&W many years ago and I was delighted to see the same professional service continues on. Thanks to Geoff and the gang for working within my budget and offering their advice to improve what I already had going. I would highly recommend anyone check out K&W for any home theatre needs as they are very knowledgeable and specialized in their products. Darren and the staff in stores were extremely friendly and helpful to my husband and I. They provided their expert opinions and went above and beyond for us. We highly recommend you stop by and speak to them!!
I phoned Mike( Michael)in the morning and went and picked a cd component up by 1130. Friendly,knowledgeable service was given to us. Thankyou for this.
