Don't shop here unless you are a Multimillionaire with money or platinum credit card in hand went in there once. Very rude disrespectful stuck up snobby sales staff.
After about 10 years, I wanted to do another upgrade to my home theatre system. Replaced my old speakers with a new set from PSB and introduced an Anthem amp. I had previously dealt with K&W many years ago and I was delighted to see the same professional service continues on. Thanks to Geoff and the gang for working within my budget and offering their advice to improve what I already had going. I would highly recommend anyone check out K&W for any home theatre needs as they are very knowledgeable and specialized in their products. Darren and the staff in stores were extremely friendly and helpful to my husband and I. They provided their expert opinions and went above and beyond for us. We highly recommend you stop by and speak to them!!
I phoned Mike( Michael)in the morning and went and picked a cd component up by 1130. Friendly,knowledgeable service was given to us. Thankyou for this.
Trevor was great to deal with. He helped me to upgrade my home theatre with the items that would make the biggest impact given my budget. I will definitely reach out to Trevor again when I'm ready for additional upgrades. Cam was also a great installer. He took the time to explain the system to me in a way that I could understand. He arrived on time and was very efficient. A great team, these two, great job to K&W!!
