I know KVS long enough I would give them the 5 but now the place is CLOSE and will never open at least here. Someone bought this property and has an Ogre as manager they are making concrete companies like the one in 551 Halleck st.and is already too many maybe because of the HWY construction. Probably KVS property will be turn to another concrete company the dust here is incredible and more will be catastrophic.
