My husband and I had our wedding & reception on the 2nd floor on Halloween night. When we arrived, the gentleman that was there until 4 was very kind and helpful. However, the maintenance people came in and saw all of our decorations and asked “Oh there’s an event going on tonight?” They said they had to replace lights - they didn’t take long to do so, however being we paid for the whole day, I expected all maintenance like lights to be done well before we came into the building.
