My little chug tore her ccl. Her vet recommended a brace cause we did not feel good about putting her through surgery. After trying the brace on her she really freaked out. I explained the situation to the customer service rep.but she said she could do nothing for us. They would not even give me a partial refund. Buyer beware. RHernandez El Paso
