Fantastic customer service from KVMS! It’s a shame I can only give 5 stars as I’d like to have given 10. I was working away & had a puncture on my front tyre. The lady on reception was fantastic, had my car booked in & had the puncture repaired within the hour. I was only charged £19 for the repair which was a bargain as a new tyre would have been £120 as my car has 20’ wheels. I can wholly recommend this garage & will be going back there next month for my cars MOT test. Thank you KVMS
I tried over several weeks to get a quote for bodywork repairs. Despite numerous promises that they would be with me soon I ran out of patience and will now go elsewhere. In addition having spent over £1500 on a service and MOT the regular maintenance needed light was not reset.
Mark is a trustworthy and thorough mechanic. Always willing to talk you through what needs doing and what he has done, so you know he's not ripping you off! Sue in the office is also very helpful. I would recommend KVMS without hesitation.
