This place is the best! The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing. They make you feel cared about from beginning to end. My experience there was nothing but the best.
The staff are friendly, there's water and all sorts of goodies to make you feel as comfortable as possible, and I always feel relaxed and cared for during my exam!
When I arrived at the office I felt more like I had arrived at a spa geared specifically to relaxing women. The bed is warmed and there are soft fluffy blankets on the wall to wrap yourself in during the actual scan. On my way out I was given a little take-home gift of a relaxing aromatherapy shower spray. I contacted every woman I know and told them if they need ultrasound this is the place to go. It literally felt like I started my day with a relaxing visit to the spa.
The receptionist and technician were both very welcoming, their kindness and attentiveness really helped to calm my nerves. The technician did a great job of explaining what she was doing, what I could expect, and what the next steps would be. I was very impressed at how quickly I received a phone call explaining my results. I highly recommend Kvinna Breast Care + Imaging!
