This AM I went to 100 Jackson to get my Lab work done. The web site lists lab hours as open at 6AM.. Don't believe it Thats a lie.. I quote.. "Outpatient laboratory draws and sample drop-off will take place Mon-Fri, 6 a.m.-6 p.m., at our Rapid Access location on the first floor of the Medical Arts Center (100 E. Jackson) THEY ARE NOT OPEN AT 6AM Doors were locked up tight.. Lights were all out.. No one was there... I have lived in #Ellensburg for two and a half years. I have a little family who's #healthcare needs are pretty standard. I can not stress enough how #HORRIBLE the care is at #KititasValleyHealthcare. They are dismissive, self important and they keep losing any good doctors they have. IF you can get someone on the phone, they never know what's going on, and nine times out of ten, they give me the wrong answer instead of actually looking into it.
