Our son started going to group workouts and has really loved it!
We've recently started attending the youth classes at KVELL Fitness Center, and it's been a fantastic experience for our 9-year-old. Kvell training is an amazing opportunity for young bodies and minds. While they do offer adult classes and PT, the program for youth physical literacy and training is such a gift! My son has only begun his sports career and having this program to help him hone in on his mind and body has been invaluable. My 9 year old absolutely LOVES his performance training sessions with Coach Brody. He demonstrates greater confidence each week and is highly engaged. This is exactly the outcomes we were hoping for & it has only been about a month since he began attending!
