Absolutely disgraceful company. Our son has a leaking balcony with ceiling damage in his home that was built by Evara Homes, now Kvara Homes. We have reached out to them via our lawyer, but no response to our request for the damage to be repaired. We are unable to claim through their building insurance as the company does not fit the criteria for a claim against them. They have not paid their registration fees to do building work, so steer clear.

We just built a 60 square home with Eashara/Evara homes. I cannot be happier with the whole building process and the absolutely gorgeous home we are now in. First and foremost, Sami, Steve and Vyhan are genuinely good and honest people, who always did what was best for us and our home and whom I felt I could trust. They used all their experience to guide us and build a beautiful home with amazing finishes. They have pride in their work and the homes the produce. Appalling behaviour by your workers at 13 Barbara St Glen Waverley Taken up camp across the footpath of opposite side 10 Barabara placing deck chairs blocking pedestrians thoroughfare and throwing their rubbish on the ground.... bad PR for your company
