Could have got full stars but they don't return calls. The units are clean, spacious, and priced accordingly though.
Kv mini storage is wonderful! My life took an unexpected turn and it's been a challenge. The gal that I communicate with is amazing. My rent has been late for 6 months She has made my storage space safe and comfortable with no pressure I keep her up to date on my situation and when money comes in she's first on my list of payments. I would have lost everything had I been anywhere else. The wait list is long. It took a year to get my customized unit and I love KV Mini storage and Kirby rocks!
Yes, the price is right. The units are no-nonsense and basic. I liked that the business was local and small. I rented a small unit on the north side. Some items on the floor near the roll top door got moldy, and I had to throw some things away, which I can live with. When I first started renting in 2020, Kirby told me I should get some big plastic bags to protect my items from the dust, which I did.
